Nu Skin Leads

Posted on August 10th, 2008 in NuSkin | No Comments »

Nu Skin is a leader in the skin care industry with scientifically advanced ingredient technologies and skin beneficial formulas comprised of only the best ingredients. It operates in more than 40 countries throughout North and South America, Asia and Europe. And there is significant market potential for long term expansion for Nu Skin in China, as over a billion people and its relatively undeveloped retail infrastructure provide great opportunities for direct selling companies. And Nu Skin is one of the best worldwide direct selling companies with international business opportunities, flexible working hours and a high degree of independence.

Founded in Utah in 1984, Nu Skin has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1996. It is now one of the leading direct selling companies in the world. Nu Skin ™markets its products through a network of independent distributors. For purposes of this summary, an Active Distributor is a distributor who placed an order for products, promotional materials or services or renewed their distributorship during the most recent three-month period. In the United States, the Company had an average of 52,887 Active Distributors during 2006.

Nu Skin Enterprises™ also runs a non-profit humanitarian organization called the Nu Skin™ Force for Good Foundation. The foundation’s stated mission is to create a better world for children by improving human life, continuing indigenous cultures, and protecting fragile environments.

You can earn money with a Nu Skin™ business. There are two fundamental ways in which a distributor can earn compensation:

1. Through retail markups on sales of products purchased at wholesale prices; and

2. Through commissions (or bonuses) paid on one’s product sales and the sales of other distributors in one’s downline sales network

As with any other sales opportunity, the compensation earned by distributors varies significantly. The cost to become a distributor is very low. People become distributors for various reasons. Many people become distributors simply to enjoy the Company’s products at wholesale prices. Some join the business to improve their skills or to experience the management of their own business. Others become distributors, but for various reasons, never purchase products from the Company. Consequently, many distributors never qualify to receive commissions.

The average commission paid to U.S. Active Distributors each month was $132.21, or $1,586.51 on an annualized basis. In 2006, the average monthly commission paid to U.S. Active Distributors who earned a commission check was $807.00, or $9,683.00 on an annualized basis. Note that these figures do not represent a distributor’s profit, as they do not consider expenses incurred by a distributor in promotion of his/her business and do not include retail markup income. On a monthly basis, an average of 16.38% of U.S. Active Distributors earned a commission check. Active Distributors represented an average of 35.54% of Total Distributors.

About buying leads

Are you buying leads for your work from home business? I have heard that the conversion rate for home business entrepreneurs when buying leads is 3%, which means is you buy 100 leads you might be able to make 3 sales. From my experience buying leads and talking to many people who have purchased leads you probably will not achieve this industry standard unless you are extremely good at calling leads.

Many people buy leads and get zero results from calling these lists that they buy. I spoke with a gal from Australia and she told me she bought $500 in leads and didn’t get one sale. This is not uncommon, do your research and talk to people who have bought these lists and see what their results were. Most people will be embarrassed to tell you their results, but if you tell them you are thinking about a list they may tell you their real results.

Buying leads is very expensive and can quickly put you in deep debt – be careful. I do not recommend that you buy work from home leads. Here are some leads prices I found on the Internet doing a Google search.

25 leads for $68.75 $2.75 each

50 leads for $132.50 $2.65 each

100 leads for $255.00 $2.55 each

If you bought 1000 of these leads it would cost you $2550.00, do you want to spend that much on leads? Stop buying leads!

Are you willing to spend that much money on something that produces such poor results. Leads are sold over and over many times, you will also be competing with many other entrepreneurs who are also trying to “pitch” their deal on these people.

Think about this, if someone or a bunch of people who you have no idea who these people are start calling you all of a sudden to try and get you to buy something, would you buy from these people? You have never met these people and they want you to give them your money, a complete stranger on the phone who you will never meet. Are you going to give them your credit card? Then why would you expect people on the other end of the telephone to give you their credit card?

Buying leads is a waste of money. Stop buying leads!

If you would like to find more info about buying leads, Google these Keywords. Google Isagenix leads, it’s good business, Herbalife leads and stop buying leads. Take these MLM companies and add leads to name and google the words. Here are some company names that you could add leads to.

Isagenix, Herbalife, Xango, FHTM, Avon, Forever green, Matol, Pampered chef, Zrii, Cognigen, Ytb, Ameriplan, Arbonne, Advocare, Envia, Mannatech, Mary Kay, Monavie, Nikken, Nuskin, Pre Paid Legal, and the list could go on and on.

Just add leads to the end of the word then Google it and you will find tons of information about why buying leads is a no win situation. Stop buying leads!

How do I get customers?

If you would like to skip the whole process of buying leads, then simply buy customers instead. Take the money that you are using buying leads and just buy the rights to buying customers. Buy an existing customer costs $50 and this is eliminating all the phone calls you would have to make when buying leads.

To learn more about buying customers not leads attend the Saturday 1PM pacific time online presentation or the Wednesday 7PM pacific time webinar (see the calendar) at it’s good business.
